Product Functions
This integrated safety module features 8 input channels and 8 output channels to realize bidirectional signal acquisition and control. It is capable of collecting on-site digital signals from sensors, detectors and switching devices, including temperature, pressure and alarm feedback data. After filtering and logical processing, the module transmits valid data to the main safety controller for judgment and calculation. Meanwhile, it executes control commands from the upper system to drive on-site actuators such as solenoid valves and alarm devices. In emergency conditions like abnormal pressure or equipment failure, it triggers automatic interlock and shutdown actions to cut off hazardous loops and protect personnel and production equipment.
