Product Functions

This advanced tension control module integrates high-precision signal acquisition, intelligent calculation and stable output regulation functions, focusing on accurate tension monitoring and dynamic adjustment of flexible materials. It supports dual-channel sensor signal input, which can independently collect real-time tension data from two sets of field Pressductor tension sensors, and accurately calculate the sum, difference and independent tension values of dual-channel signals through internal algorithms. The module features adjustable step response time ranging from 15ms to 1500ms, which can adapt to different production line speeds and material characteristics, realizing fast and smooth dynamic tension correction. It converts collected micro tension signals into standard industrial control signals, feeds them back to the upper automation system, and executes real-time adjustment of winding and unwinding tension. In addition, it has built-in signal filtering and fault diagnosis functions, which can automatically filter interference signals, monitor sensor working status and circuit abnormalities, and feed back fault prompts to avoid production quality defects and equipment failures caused by signal anomalies.
