Usage Instructions

  • Installation: Fix the panel to the equipment cabinet or mounting bracket using matching screws, ensure the installation is firm, and the front panel is tightly fitted with the cabinet surface to maintain IP65 protection performance; the installation position should avoid direct sunlight and strong vibration areas to prevent display damage or communication interference.
  • Wiring: Connect the power supply (24VDC) to the corresponding terminals, strictly follow the positive and negative polarity requirements to avoid short circuit burning the internal circuit; connect the Ethernet cable to the communication port, and ensure the wiring is firm and the contact is good to ensure stable data transmission between the HMI and the controller.
  • Parameter Configuration: Use Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk View Studio software to configure the HMI, including communication parameters (IP address, subnet mask), operation interface design, process parameter monitoring points, alarm thresholds, and historical data recording settings; after configuration, download the project to the HMI through Ethernet, and restart the panel to make the configuration take effect.
