Product System Introduction

The 1336-BDB-SP79D is a replacement gate driver board designed for Allen-Bradley 1336 Series drives, including 1336 FORCE, PLUS II, PLUS and IMPACT models with F-frame rating. It is installed between the main control board and the drive chassis, acting as a key component to transfer and amplify low-power control signals into high-power inputs for IGBT switches, ensuring stable operation of the drive and connected motors. The product features high reliability, strong compatibility and built-in protection functions (overcurrent, overvoltage) to safeguard the drive system and motors.

Usage Instructions

  • Mount the board on the gate driver mounting plate using 8 factory-supplied stand-off screws, fastened clockwise.
  • Connect jumper connectors (J2 to J13) to complete circuit connections between board surface connectors.
  • Connect the high-voltage auxiliary input terminal and terminals TB20, TB21 to the control module respectively.
  • Ensure the drive power is turned off before installation or replacement to avoid electrical hazards.
  • It is used as a replacement part when the original gate driver board of the 1336 Series drive is damaged.
