- TRICONEX 3623T → TRICONEX 3624T
- Differences: Enhanced data processing speed (improved by 40%), added fault self-diagnosis function; hardware interface is consistent with the original model.
- Steps:
- Export the engineering file of TRICONEX 3623T.
- Create a new engineering file for TRICONEX 3624T in the configuration software.
- Import the original engineering parameters and recompile the program.
- Download the compiled program to the new module and restart it.
- Workload: About 0.5-1 day, depending on the complexity of the program.
❌ Hardware Modification Required (Not Recommended)
- TRICONEX 3623T → TRICONEX 4623T
- Reason: It belongs to a new generation of product lines, with different rack specifications, terminal definitions, and programming environments; it is not compatible with the original hardware and software.
